Fall and Lace Editorial

It seems like Summer’s last forever here in Florida, we long for crisp dryer air, Fall clothing and all things pumpkin! I loved styling and capturing this beautiful “Fall in Florida” editorial. Featuring one of my favorite designers, Sarah Seven. The beautiful lace sleeves and stunning neck line, whoa! I love simple, flawless elegance. Can we talk about the groom’s style? I want to thank my talented friend John Newland who styled my groom as I visualized it, into reality. I’ve always had a keen love for the British “Oxford” style! Grooms are allowed to stand out too you know! Step into Fall with these beautiful images taken at the lovely venue of The Luxmore Estate, what a beautiful venue for any wedding or event! Is it Fall yet?!

Summer Peony Tablescape love!

I’m excited to share my first series of styling the table with yours truly! One thing I learned growing up in my home, was a beautiful place setting sets a mood, compliments food and brings a sense a warmth and welcoming to any guest! Whether it’s a wedding, celebration or just because! I loved designing this one, bright pink peony arrangements mixed with the lovely aroma of baby eucalyptus + the stunning layers of dishes placed on a textured gold charger. Let’s not forget the lavender accent colors from the goblets, adding a perfect Summer lovin’ — with all the feels! Let’s sit down!

Real Wedding: Sarah + Nick

I first met sweet Sarah at Calvet Couture, one of my favorite bridal boutiques here in Orlando. I got to know Sarah as she spoke about her beautiful up and coming wedding and all the dreamy details she wanted, I was thrilled to design and plan her wedding. We took a little drive to Lake Wales, where the couple resides and where the “I do’s” were shared. The white walls and orange brick exterior surrounded the ceremony ambiance of the First Baptist church of Lakes Wales. Guests arrived for the reception at Lake Ashton Country Club, where we enjoyed a Eucalyptus filled room, with an amazing live band ( who were friends of the couple ) and danced the night away. Please enjoy some of my personal favorites from their wedding below, captured by The Hons. Congrats again you two sweeties!

New York I heart you

I had one of the most wonderful surprises from my amazing ( and handsome ) boyfriend for a weekend trip to New York City! I’ve been before, years ago but for work and never had a chance to really explore, so let’s say I was pretty excited! I had to do some research before, knowing my foodie heart would want to try every single restaurant, street food and coffee shop! Seriously so hard to choose friends. Every spot we visited was absolutely amazing in it’s own way, from the mom-and-pop to the fancier spots and rooftops in Soho, it was all divine. We took a stroll in Central Park, people watched, grabbed some coffee on the way and snapped a mini shoot while in the park. One of my favorite local visits had to be Chelsea Market, this indoor market is a dream for a gal like me! Merchants offering unique shopping with a selection of unique food merchants, we went cray! Welp, these words are enough sometimes, let’s just share some pics, enjoy below! Is it Summer yet?

Central Park has a classic touch every spot your eye meets. Talk about a stroll though so many memories by so many people made on the streets.

Photo opportunities, it wasn’t hard to look around every corner and see something to snap.

If you are ever in NYC and want to try some of the most delicious dumplings in your life, head to Mimi Cheng’s. This would be dangerous in Orlando, because I would eat them every single day! Not only were the dumplings unique and filling, I sipped on some tasty ginger infused lemonade and enjoyed the white washed interior while trying hard to put my camera down and just EAT!

The 9/11 Memorial was surreal.

Trinity Church, a historic, active, well-endowed parish church in the Episcopal Diocese of New York. Located in lower Manhattan, the architecture of this church is breathtaking, not to mention the cemetery that consists of three separate burial grounds associated with the church.
