Taco Tuesday Party

Taco Tuesday is the perfect excuse to gather friends and family for a fun and flavorful fiesta. Whether you’re a taco aficionado or just looking for an easy and delicious way to entertain, a Taco Tuesday party is sure to be a hit. Here are some tips to help you plan the ultimate taco celebration.

Taco Tuesday Party Ideas

1. Create a Taco Bar A taco bar is a great way to let your guests customize their own tacos. Start with a selection of proteins, such as seasoned ground beef, shredded chicken, and grilled vegetables. Offer a variety of tortillas, including corn and flour options. For toppings, include classics like lettuce, cheese, and salsa, as well as unique choices like pickled onions, avocado slices, and cilantro.

2. Salsas and Sauces No taco is complete without the perfect salsa or sauce. Provide a range of options, from mild pico de gallo to spicy salsa verde. Don’t forget to include guacamole and a creamy chipotle sauce for an extra kick. This variety allows guests to tailor their tacos to their own spice preferences.

3. Drinks and Refreshments Complement your tacos with refreshing drinks. Margaritas are a classic choice, but you can also offer non-alcoholic options like agua fresca or a sparkling limeade. For a festive touch, consider setting up a DIY drink station where guests can mix their own beverages.

4. Decor and Ambiance Set the mood with festive decorations. Bright colors, papel picado banners, and Mexican-themed tableware can bring a lively and authentic feel to your party. Add some music with a Latin-inspired playlist to keep the energy up and the party going.

5. Fun and Games To keep the fun going, plan some activities or games. A taco-eating contest, a DIY salsa-making station, or a piñata filled with candies and small toys can add an extra layer of excitement to your Taco Tuesday celebration.

Hosting a Taco Tuesday party is all about enjoying good food, good company, and good times. With these tips, you’ll create a memorable and delicious event that your guests will love. Enjoy your fiesta!

DIY Succulent Arrangement

I love succulents, they’re easy to maintain and match great with any style of home which makes them easy to place and love. Here I made a faux succulent arrangement with different types of cacti and succulent that I chose by AFloral.

Step 1

You will need some dry foam to place your floral stems in, this way they stay put and don’t move around too much. I cut my down to fit the metal vase to place in. Place them in a slight angle so it looks more natural.

Step 2

Add the succulent stems of your choice, I used this one and this one. Keep adding stems until you cover most of the dry foam, and voila!
