SWEET HAWAIIAN COLESLAW

What you’ll need:
1 package of chopped angel hair coleslaw ( comes in a bag )
1 can of 20 oz. crushed pineapple ( drained )
½ cup of diced white onion
¼ cup of shaved carrot
½ cup of real mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of pepper
Let’s Make it
Add your coleslaw, pineapple, carrots and onion in a mixing bowl and mix well. Set aside!
In a separate bowl, add your mayo, brown sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper, whisk that together! Pour this over your coleslaw mixture and mix well. You can serve right away but if you want the flavors to really pop, refrigerate for at about 3-4 hours before serving! THIS IS SO GOOD! Yum!
