Who’s on the search for easy tasty recipe for the family?! Or perfect for two? Meee! I’m sharing a family recipe that I’ve always loved to eat growing up and still do! It’s so easy, affordable and tasty to make! It’s my Chicken Pimento Sandwiches!
Two Chicken Breasts
¼ Chopped Pimento ( canned or fresh )
½ cup Mayonnaise
6 Bread Rolls
tsp. Salt & pepper
tsp. Garlic Powder
tsp. Onion Powder
tbsp. Olive Oil
Place your chicken in water to boil along with olive oil, garlic & onion powder, salt and pepper for 45 minutes on a low medium boil. You will know when the chicken is ready when it falls apart easily. Save a ½ cup of the water that you used to boil with and set aside.
Remove the chicken from water and let it cool down at room temp. Start shredding the chicken with two forks. Now, place in a large mixing bowl, add your mayo and pimento. Place chicken into each roll ( about two spoonful’s ) place on cookie sheet and cook for 3-5 minutes to warm up and make crispy!
