To make my spring salad, I gathered the perfect additions that I know you will love to serve to your guests or to yourself!
Here are the ingredients:
Healthy Choice® Power Dressing, Creamy Ranch
Spring Mix
Strawberries
Cucumber
Red Onion
Mandarin Oranges
Avocado
Radish
Crumbled Goat Cheese
I like to chill my salad in the fridge so it has cold lettuce. I sliced my avocados, strawberries, cucumbers, radishes and onions first. I squeezed ½ of a lemon on the strawberries, cucumbers, radishes, and onions with a sprinkle of salt and pepper to give it a punch! Just a pinch goes a long way! I then mix in the spring mix, add my Healthy Choice® Power Dressing, Creamy Ranch lightly toss it, and garnish with goat cheese!
