EASY SPOOKY DECOR IDEAS

October is my birthday month but it’s also the month that I get to start going WILD with decor, haha! Seriously, my husband probably thinks I’m nuts but I just love decorating for any season or holiday and Halloween is such a fun and creative one. I think I enjoy it because it’s so opposite of my home decor and color palette that it allows my house to play “dress up” for a little while, using my imagination!

Target has an amazing selection of affordable Halloween decorations that don’t break the bank. Below I’m sharing some of the pieces I found and styled in different ways using some of the same Halloween decor but in different spots of the house!

KITCHEN SHELFIE STYLING IDEAS

Add high and low items on your kitchen shelves to add dimension. I love the twinkling of lights I found to wrap around the wooden shelf that agave it a spooky unorganized look with the black cobweb!

LIVING ROOM SHELF

I love the idea of the large spiders “invading” the home. I’ve seen this placed even on the exterior of your home on brick or on the windows, have fun with them!

CONSOLE TABLE STYLING

Style up your console table, this is a great option to choose if you don’t want to add decor in any other spot. Add candles, spooky figurines, some cobwebs and spiders!

CORNER BENCH STYLING

You can also make a corner nook spooky by adding a skeleton figurine and some other pieces. This is a fun idea for your bar cart area too!
