First, add your Coconut Oil to a large pot on medium heat. Add the Ground Turkey, use a hand meat grinder to ground the meat thoroughly cooking it on medium heat.
One by one, add the rest if the ingredients.
Fill the pot with water, close to covering all the ingredients. Allow to boil on medium high and cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. You want to cook the veggies until they seem pretty soft.
Allow to cool down and then add to your jars for storage. Fresh jars can last up to 3-4 days so freeze the others until you’re ready to use. Double or triple this recipe to have more at hand!
