Gluten Free Apple Crisp Recipe

Ingredients:

Apple Filling

  • 5-6 Large Apples
  • 3 tbsp. Melted Butter
  • 3 tbsp. 1-1 Bob’s Mill Baking Flour
  • 2 tbsp. Water
  • 1/3 cup White Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

Apple Crumble

  • 3/4 cup 1-1 Bob’s Mill Baking Flour
  • 2/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Gluten Free Oats
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Butter, cut into cubes

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Peel and slice the apples into thin slices.
  • Whisk together the melted butter, flour, water, sugar and cinnamon.
  • Pour the mixture over the sliced apples and toss to coat.
  • Spoon your apples into a pan. Then spread the crumble mix over the top! Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and you can see the apples bubbling around the edges.
  • Remove and cool for 10 minutes. Add a scoop of vanilla ice-cream or whipped cream and enjoy! Double or triple the recipe top make a larger amount!
