Squash your avocado into a small bowl and squeeze your wedge of lemon and mix. Set aside.
Slice your cherry tomato in half and then give it another slice to make the cherry tomatoes smaller. Add your garlic, olive oil, salt & peppe + basil, mix together. Place in the fridge.
Toast your slices of sourdough bread.
Spread the avocado on the slices of toast and drizzle your tomato topping on top, about a spoonful works for me but serve as your heart pleases! Enjoy right away!
