Avocado Toast with Tomato
Say bye-bye to basic avocado toast and hello to an elevated fancy avocado topping that is so easy to make but brings sweet and zesty flavor!
3clovesFresh Garlic or teaspoon of powdered garlic
1tbsp.Glazed Balsamic Vinegar
1sprinkleSalt & Pepper
2sprigsFresh Basil
1/210 ozFresh Cherry Tomatoes
Avocado Spread
1Avocado
1wedgeFresh Lemon
2slicesSour Dough Bread ( toasted )
Instructions
Squash your avocado into a small bowl and squeeze your wedge of lemon and mix. Set aside.
Slice your cherry tomato in half and then give it another slice to make the cherry tomatoes smaller. Add your garlic, olive oil, salt & peppe + basil, mix together. Place in the fridge.
Toast your slices of sourdough bread.
Spread the avocado on the slices of toast and drizzle your tomato topping on top, about a spoonful works for me but serve as your heart pleases! Enjoy right away!
