Where to eat in Orlando, My favorite restaurants in Orlando!

WHERE TO EAT IN ORLANDO

Orlando might be known as the home of The Mouse, but there’s plenty of magic to be found outside the parks. The food scene here is thriving with plenty of options no matter your tastes, preferences, or budget. Here are my top favorite foodie spots you must try!

At Seito Sushi located in Baldwin Park Orlando

PRATO

There’s no better place to experience rustic Italian dining than Pratos! The interior is a dream – warm and welcoming with wood panel walls and floor-to-ceiling windows, comfy booths, and a long bar that serves up a mean cocktail. Their most popular item is their pizzas, but make sure you save room for dessert.

LUKE’S KITCHEN

There’s a reason it’s among the best restaurants in Orlando. I love Luke’s Kitchen for its unique take on American cuisine and the fact they make everything in-house, so you know it’s fresh! And if you think you hate Brussel Sprouts, try theirs. I guarantee they’ll change your mind.

PIZZA BRUNO

There’s really nothing better than wood-fired pizza, and there’s no better place to try it than Pizza Bruno. This hip, little joint is off the beaten path but well worth the detour to enjoy some ‘za and a cold craft beer.

AGAVE AZUL

Come for the street corn, stay for the margaritas (or two!). Agave Azul has a fun, festive atmosphere with quick service, friendly staff, and a Sunday brunch with bottomless bubbles!

BRIARPATCH

Don’t be dismayed if you see a long line; I can assure you the wait is worth it! Since 1980, Briarpatch has been the go-to spot for tourists and locals who can’t get enough of their homemade lemon raspberry pancakes or truffle fried eggs. My must have? Their fried green tomatoes and cheese grits, YUM!

MAMAK

Don’t let the outside fool you; Mamak has ambiance for days and serves up some of the best Asian street food this side of the Atlantic. What to get? Cream cheese rangoons, lettuce wraps, sesame chilled noodles, stir-fried green beans, mamak fries and the bulgogi skewers…seriously it’s all delicious and do it tapas style to share! If you’re looking for casual, late-night dining with flavors that won’t disappoint, check them out.

Cheering at Greek Village off Ivanhoe Blvd in Orlando, Florida

GREEK VILLAGE

Opa! That’s what you’ll be cheering after you enjoy dinner at one of my favorite Greek restaurants. Be sure to try the Avgolemono (classic Greek lemon chicken soup) or one of their Kebobs. My most favorite dish that makes my mouth water is their greek salad with extra dressing. The dressing is SO amazing I could swim in it, haha. You can also purchase a bottle of it on your way out! Friendly service, inviting atmosphere, you’ll feel like you’re having dinner with family.

SEITO SUSHI

Dubbed Best Sushi in 2022 by Orlando Sentinel Foodie Awards, this place has all the classics you love (hello, California roll) and a variety of signature rolls, each more flavorful than the next. It’s a great spot for a casual night out with friends or cocktails after work.

Hillstone views in Winter Park, Florida

HILLSTONE

The best view in town? Winter Park’s gem called Hillstone. A romantic sunset dinner is a must with gorgeous views that look out to Lake Killarney. My favorite appetizer is the spinach artichoke dip along with a delicious glass of wine to pair with my favorite dinner choice, the Thai steak & noodle salad. Hillstone has been a favorite spot for my family and I to eat and celebrate at, you won’t be disappointed.

Which place (or places) are you most excited to try? Are any of these your favorites too? Be sure to leave a comment below and let me know what you think! Happy eating!
