How To Make A Cheeseboard For Two!

I’m a cheese lover, like one HUGE cheese lover and if I’m having a date night in with the hubby you must know that cheese will be involved paired with a delicious cocktail. Making sure your cheeseboard is equipped with everything your taste buds desire doesn’t have to be hard. You most likely will be craving something smooth, crunchy, sweet and salty all at once!

What you will need

1 Meat of choice – I like prosciutto, slices of salami or even rolled up ham, don’t go overboard with the meats

2 Cheeses – I chose havarti and a white sharp cheddar, but have fun with it! Try a nutty one paired with a smooth creamy one

Nuts – You can have assorted peanuts, almonds, walnuts

Fruits – Easy to pick and sweet, try grapes, blueberries, raspberries, slices of apple and pear!

Garnish – Pretty little accents to help give off aroma and make the board stylish, garnish with rosemary or mint!

Rosemary Cranberry Infused Rose Cocktail

The Aroma of the Rosemary, mixed with fresh cranberries will for sure put you in the cozy mood for a date night in during the holidays. It’s so very easy to make! Place your cranberries at the bottom of each glass and add your chilled Rose to top off with a garnish of Rosemary! Enjoy!
