I’ve been wanting to share this recipe with you the second I tried it! It’s a popular dip in our household and every single time we make it to take to a party or have at our house, it’s gone in minutes. It’s so delicious, healthy and easy to make!
In a large bowl mix:
1 can black beans ( rinse )
1 can black eye peas ( rinse )
1 small can diced green chili’s
1 jar diced pimentos
1 small red onion ( chopped )
3-4 stalks of celery ( chopped )
2 diced jalapenos
Warm up on the stove…
1/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
1/2 of light tasting olive oil
Mix and serve with Tostitos multi-grain scoops or any corn tortilla you like. You can serve right away, or let it chill in the fridge for an hour or so, the flavors will work together even better!
