I’ve got a super easy and a traditional family recipe of mine for any BBQ, side for dinner or for any occasion! I love the crunchy yet light sweetness this dish has and it’s so simple to make! Kick the traditional slaw bye bye and say hello to this new version!
1 bag of Angel Hair Cabbage Coleslaw by “Fresh Express”
1/2 cup of Hellman’s Mayo
12 oz bag of corn ( cooked )
Grated carrot for garnish!
First cook the corn, make sure to drain it well so that there’s no liquid, do not drain it with water. Make sure the corn is cool and not warm when ready to mix. Place cooled corn into a mixing bowl along with the coleslaw and mayo. Mix all together, then place to refrigerate for at least two hours, the longer the better flavor. Don’t add salt because it will make everything too “liquidy”. Just add pepper and salt to your own plate when ready to devour! Enjoy!
