WATERSTONE RESORT & MARINA
Nestled between water and palms, I had the lovely honor of receiving an invite to visit the beautiful Waterstone Resort & Marina in Boca Raton, Florida. There’s something about a stay looking over water that just calms everything, and it was so needed! I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who kindly guided my stay. With Summer in full effect, I needed to cool down so I made my way to the outside bar, where I enjoyed the most delicious and freshly made strawberry mojito, yum!
A BEAUTIFUL VENUE
This venue is beautiful for the bride that has a nautical love at heart, options for rehearsal dinner and ceremony by the water, twilight ballroom that is spacious and surrounded by open windows, makes for a gorgeous destination wedding for a couples and their guests! Let’s talk food, oh my goodness. I’m not exaggerating when I say, Boca Landing, which is located within Waterstone, has to be one of the tastiest, fresh and mouth watering restaurants I have ever been to! I wish they could open one here in Orlando, I would be there constantly! We were graciously served their first round off the appetizer menu: Barrata, Fish + Chips and Shrimp Cocktail! The main course was nothing but amazing! Scallop dripping in delicious butter sauce, earth and seared, Pork Chop with wild mushroom risotto and shaved brussels sprouts and a snapper to die for! Whether you visit Waterstone for a vacation getaway or want to host your wedding here, you will be 100% satisfied. Service was amazing, the rooms were gorgeous, clean and perfect for “getting ready”!
