Preheat your oven to 350. Place small sliced pieces of butter to the bottom of your baking dish.
Make sure to cook your bacon first until it's crispy, and set aside.
Cube your bread into small pieces ( 1 inch ) and spread evenly to the bottom of your baking dish. This absorbs the eggs and gives it texture!
In a large bowl, mix your eggs, milk, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and milk until it is well combined.
Grab your baking dish, sprinkle your bacon over the bread pieces evenly.
Add half of your shredded cheese on top of the bacon.
Now, you can our the egg mixture evenly of the entire dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
Place in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. You will know it's done with the top if golden and the eggs in the center are cooked.
Let it cool for about 5 minutes and serve, enjoy!
