The best part? This recipe is gluten-free and dairy-free thanks to easy swaps like dairy-free white chocolate and gluten-free pretzels. It’s simple, no-bake, and tastes like something straight out of a fancy chocolate shop – without the price tag!

White Chocolate Pretzel Bark

This White Chocolate Pretzel Bark is a gluten-free, dairy-free Valentine’s Day treat that’s perfect year-round! Sweet, salty, and no-bake, it’s easy to customize with festive toppings for any occasion.

Equipment

  • 1 Sheet Pan
  • 1 Parchment Paper

Ingredients:

  • 3 9 oz. Mini white chips by @enjoylifefoods I found mine at @sprouts this brand is dairy free too!
  • 1 bag Snyders Gluten Free pretzels
  • 1 Toppings of choice, you can use sprinkles, chocolate chips, dried fruit, etc!

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 175
  • Place your parchment paper on your sheet pan.
  • One by one, add your pretzels to cover the pan.
  • Sprinkle the white chocolate chips over the pretzels, make sure to cover even through + the corners.
  • Place in the oven for 10 minutes
  • Remove, softly swirl the melted chocolate with a long pick or lightly with a fork
  • Sprinkle your toppings of choice
  • Place in the freezer for 20 minutes
  • Remove, crack them into pieces and store in the fridge for up to 5 days. ENJOY!
