I love Christmas, it’s my favorite time of the year! I sure do love hosting and styling! With that being said, that brings pretty tables and all the decor! Setting a table can be daunting for some but it doesn’t have to be! All you will need are a few essentials to make your table sparkle with glee and merry!

Layer Your Dishes

I love to place chargers underneath dishes! Choose a color that is contrast to your dish, a bold hue or even neutral can work beautifully underneath any plate! You want to create a look of layering for your place setting. Don’t be afraid to try different colors or textures/patterns.

Purchase A Garland!

I’m obsessed with greenery as you can tell. So there’s no surprise that I must have a greenery garland on my tablescape! It brings a feeling of nature, texture and color to your table. It will really bring it to life! Whether it’s faux greenery garlands or a vase filled with unstructured stems, be sure to place this in the center of the entire table!

Don’t be afraid to place decor accents!

I chose these adorable subtle yet attention grabbing white deer figurines to tie in my woodsy black and white vibe! You won’t want to place many so it’s not extremely distracting but a max of 2 depending on the size are a perfect pair! Happy designing, and find your creative!
