Gluten Free Onion Rings
Enjoy all the crispiness you love, now gluten-free and guilt-free Onion Rings!
2LargeYellow or White Onionstrim the ends, peel off the skins and cut the onions in slices
3/4CupAlmond Flour or Coconut flour
1CupGluten Free bread Crumbs
1/2CupMilk
3Eggs
1/2tsp.Paprika
1/2tsp.Chili Powder
1/2tsp.Garlic Powder
1tsp.Salt & Pepper
Honey Mustard Dip
1/2CupMayonnaise
2tbsp.Honey
2tbsp.Yellow Mustard
1tbsp.Dijon Mustard
1/2tbsp.Lemon Juice
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 375.
Place the flour in a large bowl
In a separate bowl combine your bread crumbs paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper and mix
Whisk your eggs and milk in a separate bowl.
Dip your single rings into the egg mix, then the flour mix, egg mix again then the bread crumbs mix and add to your air fryer dish. Repeat until finished!
Place rings inside preheated air fryer and spray with cooking oil ( I used avocado oil ) and cook for 5 or more minutes until golden brown and flip over and cook another 5 minutes.
Remove the rings and set aside. Mix a dipping sauce together of choice. I made a honey mustard dip!
