I love to use my food chopperto make my chopped salads in, it’s easy and I’m not going to lie, sort of satisfying to chop everything! Once it’s all in there, you can add your additional toppings, dressing, mix and eat right from the container!
La Scala Chopped Salad
Try my Easy La Scala Chopped Salad with Honey Dijon Dressing for a crisp, refreshing twist on your next meal! This salad combines crunchy greens, savory ingredients, and a zesty homemade dressing that perfectly balances sweet and tangy flavors. It's quick to make, satisfying, and ideal for lunch or dinner.
Grab your trusty measuring cup and whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, Parmesan, salt, and pepper until it turns into a silky, flavor-packed dressing. Place in the fridge while you do the next step!
Using the chopper’s magic, chop your romaine, for that ultimate crunch. Then, your cucumbers and red pepper.
Open up your chopper, add your salami, garbanzo beans & grapes. Don't forget to sprinkle a bit more Parmesan if you like!
