I’ve got the easiest most tastiest appetizer recipe for you today! If you’re anything like me, I love a mix of sweet n’ salty foods and this one fits the bill perfectly!
This is one of my favorite recipes to make when friends comes over, and I know you will love them too!
These cheesy peach bites are sure to be gone the second you serve, so make sure to cook a good batch of them! You can use whatever cheese you like but my favorite would be Havarti and because it;s peach season and Summertime I chose peach jam! Be sure to switch this recipe up as seasons change to trying brie + raspberry ham or cream cheese and sweet jalapeno jam, the uses are endless!
2 packs of Athens Phyllo Shells
Rosemary Sprigs
Cut your Havarti in small squares, preheat your oven to 325 degrees and take out a cookie sheet.
Add a teaspoon or fill the shells with your peach spread, place one square of cheese on top and place in over to cook between 6-10 minutes. Keep an eye on it as all ovens heat faster or slower. Once cheese looks completely melted, remove from oven and service immediately. SO GOOD!
