Let’s Build the Perfect Fruit Bowl

I love mixing colors, textures, and flavors to keep things exciting. Start with a scoop of your chilled chia pudding, then layer on fresh, juicy fruits. Here are some of my favorite combos:

  • Tropical Paradise: Sliced mango, kiwi, pineapple, and a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
  • Berry Bliss: Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and a drizzle of almond butter.
  • Fall-Inspired: Fresh figs, pomegranate seeds, pear slices, and a dash of cinnamon.
  • Classic Comfort: Banana slices, blackberries, and a handful of granola for crunch.

Feel free to get creative and use whatever is in season or stocked in your fridge. Pro tip: Add a handful of nuts or seeds (think almonds or walnuts) for a little extra protein and crunch.

Why Chia Seeds Are a Must for Women

Ladies, let’s talk about why chia seeds should be your new BFF. These tiny seeds are nutritional powerhouses! They’re loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, which are great for heart health and keeping your skin glowing. Plus, they’re packed with fiber to keep you full longer – perfect for those busy mornings. Chia seeds also deliver a dose of calcium and magnesium, which are essential for bone health, especially for women over 30. And honestly, they’re just so versatile, making them an easy addition to any recipe.
