Sometimes store bought salad dressing just doesn’t cut it for me. And if you’re a fan of sweet n’ tangy, this salad dressing is absolutely delicious. I made a salad filled with cucumbers, sliced peaches, avocados, red onions, chicken, cranberries, pecans and goat cheese. Once the dressing tops off on it, boy oh boy it’s delicious. I cannot wait for you to make it!
If peaches aren’t in season you can try strawberries or even mango!
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard or deli-style mustard, your choice
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
5 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
sprinkle of pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
In a bowl. Add each ingredients one by one and then whisk for a few until fully mixed and creamy. Pour in your favorite dressing container or cover in a bowl in the fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy!
