BLUE CHEESE WEDGE SALAD

There’s nothing really more tasty than a fresh and crunchy wedge salad. It’s one of my favorite salads to get at a restaurant! But gone are the days where I get to eat this delicious salad only at restaurants. I’ve perfected an easy blue cheese wedge salad recipe just for you! I make this salad pretty often and every single time I get “Andi OMG this is SO good” and I’m like “Girrrrl its SO easy to make”, so thus, here I am finally sharing my super duper easy wedge salad!

Ok, let’s look at the recipe!

RECIPE

What you will need:

1 Iceberg Lettuce
1 container of Sweet Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 tbsp. Balsamic Glaze
2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Yellow Onion
Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper

1 First, about 1-2 hours before you serve your salad, slice your sweet tomatoes in half, slice your yellow onions in thin slices and place in a bowl along with salt & pepper to taste, olive oil, Balsamic Glaze, and Apple Cider Vinegar. Mix well, and place in the fridge.

2. Clean and cut your iceberg lettuce in 2 or 4 pieces, depending on how much you want to serve. Make sure to cut the end stem of the lettuce as well.

3. Place each wedge into your bowl or serving plate of choice. Add your blue cheese dressing with a spoon on top of the lettuce, depending on how much dressing you like ( I love a ton ) is up to you.

4. Take out your tomato and onion mix, serve a spoonful and place on top of each wedge, grab some of the juice too, it’s so tasty!

5. Sprinkle with Parmesan and top it off with some balsamic glaze!

Enjoy, Love AM
