Zesty & Sweet Vegan Bean Dip

This vegan bean dip is legit my favorite to make! I’ve been wanting to share this recipe with you the second I tried it! It’s a popular dip in our household and every single time we make it to take to a party or have at our house, it’s gone in minutes. It’s so delicious, healthy and easy to make! You can make this as an appetizer with chips or we’ve also made it as a side for dinner or a BBQ to eat with a fork! Seriously, it’s SO good!

Vegan Bean Dip

I've been wanting to share this recipe with you the second I tried it! It's a popular dip in our household and every single time we make it to take to a party or have at our house, it's gone in minutes. It's so delicious, healthy and easy to make!
Prep Time 20 minutes
Course Appetizer, Dip, Side Dish, Snack

Ingredients
  

In a large bowl mix:

  • 1 can Black beans ( rinse )
  • 1 can Black eye peas ( rinse )
  • 1 can Diced green chili's
  • 1 jar Diced pimentos
  • 1 small Red onion ( chopped )
  • 3-4 stalks Celery ( chopped )
  • 2 diced Fresh Jalapenos

Warm up on the stove:

  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Light tasting olive oil

Instructions
 

  • After you've slowly warmed up the stove mix for a few minutes on low, you want the sugar to dissolve, pour over your bean mix and fold together.
    You can serve right away, or let it chill in the fridge for an hour or so, the flavors will work together even better! Serve with Tostitos multi-grain scoops or any corn tortilla you like.
