As some of you know, I’ve been on my fertility journey throughout the summer and that means no alcohol for me. As much as I love to enjoy a nice glass of wine or drinks on the patio, I’m so excited to share what I’ve been busy creating in the kitchen! Drum roll please, delicious Watermelon Mocktails!

I love watermelon flavored anything. So when I found Stirrings Watermelon Martini Mixer, you know I had to get my hands on it. I started experimenting in the kitchen. Watermelon Cocktail Recipe

I love watermelon flavored anything, so when I found Stirrings Watermelon Martini Mixer, you know I had to get my hands on it to start experimenting in the kitchen to make a non-alcoholic beverage that will quench my cravings and satisfy my taste buds!

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz. Stirrings Watermelon Cocktail Mix
  • 2 oz. Peach Nectar Juice
  • 1 oz. Coconut Cream Mixer
  • 1 splash Soda Water or Club Soda
  • 1 Mint & Watermelon to garnish

Instructions:

  • In a stainless steel mixer, mix your watermelon mix, nectar, coconut cream and a few cubes of ice together and shake vigorously.
  • Add 2-3 cubes to your serving glass, and pour your mix over slowly.
  • Splash with a top of soda water and then garnish with mint and a wedge of watermelon! Enjoy!
