We Made it a Tapas Night!
We made it a tapas night (my favorite way to dine!) so my husband and I could try a little bit of everything. It made the experience more fun, relaxed, and flavorful. Here’s what we ordered – and let me tell you, each dish was chef’s kiss:
- Keftedes Meatballs – So flavorful and juicy, these were a great way to start our meal.
- Flambéed Cyprus Halloumi Cheese – Okay. STOP what you’re doing. If there’s one starter you absolutely have to try, it’s this one. It’s flambéed right at the table and packed with so much flavor. It was honestly to die for.
- Spanakopita – A Mediterranean classic and Ava does it so well. Flaky, cheesy, and herby.
- Hanger Steak – Perfectly cooked and rich in flavor. It paired so well with the sides.
- Brussels Sprouts – Roasted and caramelized to perfection. A must-order if you’re a Brussels fan.
- Heir of the God Mocktail – I’ve been loving mocktails lately, and this one was fruity, refreshing, and felt super special.
