The holidays are here, and there’s no better way to sweeten up your celebrations than with a festive no-bake dessert board! If you’re like me, you want something that’s both impressive and easy to put together – because let’s face it, we all have enough on our plates this season. A dessert board checks all the boxes: it’s beautiful, simple to assemble, and packed with a variety of treats to keep everyone happy.

This year, I decided to make my own no-bake Christmas dessert board, and let me tell you – it’s a total showstopper. Not only did it wow my guests, but it also took the stress out of dessert prep. Here’s how I pulled it all together and how you can, too!

Let’s Build A Dessert Tray

First, let’s talk about the treats. I wanted to keep things festive, delicious, and (of course) stress-free. No baking meant I could focus on fun, easy-to-find goodies that still look stunning when styled together. Here’s what I included:

  • Peppermint Bark: This is a holiday essential! The layers of dark and white chocolate with crushed candy canes not only taste amazing but also add that classic red-and-white Christmas vibe.
  • Meringue Bites: These are little clouds of sweetness that feel light and airy. Plus, they look like tiny snowcaps, making them perfect for the board.
  • Sugar Cookies: I grabbed some festive sugar cookies and added sprinkles to give them a pop of holiday cheer.
  • Chocolate-Dipped Pretzels: Sweet, salty, and dipped in chocolate with red and green drizzle—need I say more?
  • Christmas Cookies: You can find so many festive and tasty cookies at the grocery store or your local bakery! Add different colors, flavors and textures to your board.
  • Holiday Candies: Mini candy canes, red-and-green M&M’s, and chocolate truffles rounded out the board perfectly.

Let’s Make It!

To assemble it all, I started with a big round board (because a great board deserves a great base). I placed the larger items, like cookies and marshmallow pops, first and then filled in the gaps with smaller goodies like candies and pretzels. It came together beautifully, with no need for perfection – just let your creativity shine.

The key to a standout dessert board is variety. I love mixing textures, like crunchy pretzels and smooth chocolate, and playing with colors to make everything pop. For a little extra holiday magic, tuck in a few sprigs of rosemary for a wintry touch and scattered mini ornaments for sparkle.

No Fuss, Easy Entertaining

So, if you’re looking for a way to wow your guests without spending hours in the kitchen, a no-bake Christmas dessert board is the way to go. It’s festive, delicious, and guaranteed to bring a smile to everyone’s face. Plus, you get to have fun creating it – which is what the holidays are all about!
