When you go holistic, you’re not just slapping a Band-Aid on a problem and calling it a day. Nope, you’re diving deep, Sherlock Holmes-style, to unearth the real issues. And let’s face it, being your own health detective is way cooler than just popping pills and hoping for the best.

Holistic health means looking at the whole picture. That’s right: mind, body, and spirit. Maybe that headache isn’t just because of work stress but also because your diet’s about as balanced as a one-legged stool. Or perhaps that persistent fatigue is your body’s SOS signal for better sleep hygiene. It’s all connected, like a beautiful, complex spider web of wellness.

My Personal Journey

After getting a ton of tests done with my integrative doctor, I found out that my viral load was high, hormones were all extremely low for my age and I had lead poisoning…oh and let’s not forget I found out my food allergy was Cow’s Milk/Whey.. that one hurt! Anyways, I am now on month 4 and would like to share that I am feeling so much better all around. It’s really amazing. A traditional doctor wouldn’t have dug this deep and it means so much to me to know my body even more and how to heal it!
