Equipment
- 1 Mixing Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 bag Angel Hair Cabbage Coleslaw by “Fresh Express”
- 1 cup Chosen Foods Avocado Mayo
- 10 oz. Bag of corn cooked
- 1 medium Carrot grated
Instructions:
- First cook the corn, make sure to drain it well so that there’s no liquid, do not drain it with water. Make sure the corn is cool and not warm when ready to mix.
- Place cooled corn into a mixing bowl along with the coleslaw, carrots and mayo.
- Mix all together, then place to refrigerate for at least two hours, the longer the better flavor. But if you need to make it fast, you can totally serve right away as well!
- Just add Salt & Pepper to your own liking! Enjoy!
