I’ve got a tasty dip for the holiday season, New Year’s Eve party or just because! It’s seriously so good! It’s my broccoli n’ cheese dip let’s make it! And friends, it’s soo easy to make!
Ingredients:
1 cup of steamed chopped broccoli florets ( you can use a bag of frozen then cooked broccoli too )
4 ounces of cream cheese softened
½ cup of plain greek yogurt
¼ cup of mayonnaise
1 ½ cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
½ teaspoon of onion powder
fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 F. Drain and pat cooked broccoli dry with a paper towel and cut in half or chop broccoli florets. Mix cream cheese, yogurt, mayo cheese, salt & pepper, garlic and onion powder together in a separate bowl. Stir in broccoli. Place in a safe dish, top with a sprinkle of cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly. Top with parsley and serve! ENJOY!
