DIY Apple Cider Pumpkin Dessert Float Cocktail



Doesn’t it seem like we are waiting forever for the cool weather to arrive? Creating an ambiance each season is important to me, since it doesn’t last too long! Decorations, fall colors, treats and more! I love a light dessert after dinner and this float will for sure please your guests sweet tooth just in time for all your celebrations! I love apple cider and everything that this delicious personal recipe of mine offers!

Apple Cider Pumpking Float
Apple Cider juice (chilled)
Ginger-ale (chilled)
1-2 small spoonful scoops of Pumpkin ice cream (I used Edy’s)
1 tablespoon Diced Red apple (per glass)
Sprinkle of Cinnamon powder
Cinnamon stick garnish

Pour your serving glasses half way with the apple cider juice, drop a tablespoon of diced red apples into each glass. Take 1-2 small spoonful scoops of the pumpkin icecream into each glass. Finish the float topped off with a splash of ginger-ale, sprinkle cinnamon powder on top to garnish. Enjoy and Happy Fall season!
