I’m sharing the easiest appetizer to make and if you’re a cheese freak like myself you will love this one! Pimento Shells are so easy to make:
Ingredients:
@athens_foods Phyllo Shells
Pimento Cheese ( your choice of brand )
Canned Pimento
Preheat oven to 350. Scoop your pimento cheese into each shell, top with small sliced canned pimentos to garnish and cook for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy! So easy and tasty, I told you it was fast!
These and ham and chive rolls are so fun to make and once each bite hits your mouth, you’ll want another!
Ingredients:
Deli Honey Ham – asked for “thin” sliced 1lb. ( more if you want to make a bigger batch )
2 tablespoons chopped Fresh Chives
1 Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
In a bowl, mix your cream cheese and chives together. Take your first slice of ham and lay it open flat, spread a thin layer of your cream cheese spread to cover the entire ham slice. Roll your ham into a pinwheel. With a knife, slice each bite and set aside in a plate or container to serve for later. Continue until your ham is out! Refrigerate until you’re ready to serve, garnish with extra chives to make pretty!
These bites are cool, delicious and I just love hummus! When making this appetizer makes sure your cucumbers are fresh so its crunchy and juicy!
Ingredients:
1 cucumber
Paprika Powder
Dill
Regular or lemon hummus
Olive Oil
Salt
Slice your cucumber slices first, make sure that the cucumbers had been already chilled in the fridge. You don’t want to start out with room temp cucumbers that are soft and soggy. Once sliced, I like to add my hummus into a plastic sandwich bag, poke a hole at the end point and topping each cucumber slice with hummus. Sprinkle your bites with paprika, sprinkle of salt, a drizzle of olive oil and dill! Serve right away, these are so delicious and I bet you have most of these ingredients at home already!
