Recipe: Immunity Shot

I try to juice once every other week but when I don’t have the time to get the nutrients I want from juicing, I make an even faster version for myself to kick off my day! With the flu and cold scare rising, this easy to make immunity shot is my go-to! If you’re feeling a little under the weather, this is a great immune-supporting nutrient shot that can help you start feeling better!

For one single shot:

1 tsp. ground tumeric
1 tsp. of ground ginger
1/2 cup of orange juice, freshly squeezed
1 tbsp. of  honey

Whisk all ingredients together and drink immediately!
