Easy Brie Bites

This is one of the easiest appetizers you could ever make at home! A great light and savory bite for Thanksgiving or the holiday season. I used fig jam but you can use any flavor you like, Strawberry, Cranberry, Apricot, whatever! It takes 10 minutes in total prep time to make, so you can chat with your guests as you pop these tasty treats in the oven! Enjoy, you won’t stop eating them!

2 boxes of Mini Fillo Shells ( buy more of everything to serve larger)
1 Brie Cheese
1 Jam of your choice ( I used Fig Jam )

Instructions: Place the shells on a baking cookie sheet, add a half of teaspoon of your jam in each shell, cut your cheese pieces in small blocks and place on top of the shell so it covers. Pop in the oven at 275 degrees and watch for about 3-5 minutes until cheese has melted, take out and serve!

Real Wedding: Leah + Costi

Our very own Andi Mans team member Leah got hitched this year and we are so excited to finally share her wedding! These two lovebirds met randomly one day at Lululemon, you know those stories where they say you will meet someone when you least expect it? Well this is it, and it totally happens. Fast forward a year later, Costi proposed to Leah right in front of the store he met her at! How adorable! I love these two together and their intimate wedding of just close family and friends. After the ceremony, they enjoyed a small cocktail hour at a nearby family home. Congrats again you sweeties and enjoy!
